Binalot Fiesta Foods

Binalot's beginnings can be traced back to two brothers who decided to put up a business in 1996 to put their Marketing Management degrees to good use. With the help of their friend schooled in the culinary arts, they transformed their mom's unique style of wrapping picnic food into what is now a thriving business. Known for its delicious Filipino meals wrapped in banana leaves, Binalot easily captured the hearts and palates of the public. It has become a favorite of office workers, who have no time to prepare food at home. Its innovative and convenient packaging has also made it perfect for meetings, conventions, office overtime and special events.

Brothers Burgers

Brothers Burgers are made only from 100% imported beef patties and oatmeal encrusted buns with an abundant selection of toppings to choose from. Specially prepared toppings and burger dressings are also available and are guaranteed fresh daily. Also on the menu are gourmet sandwiches, deep-fried, cholesterol-free french fries, and milk shakes.

Brothers Burgers is fast becoming a popular hang-out of those in search of great tasting burgers not found in regular, run-of-the-mill fast food chains.

The astounding success of the first two Brothers Burgers outlets prompted the Jose brothers to formally professionalize their efforts and expand their operations to include franchising. DJ, Martin, and Quito are very optimistic that their franchisees will turn out to be as successful as their predecessors.

Figaro Coffee Company

The Figaro Coffee Company was established in 1993 by a group of seven friends, whose zeal for coffee was acquired from their travels all over the world.

This passion began as a hobby of brewing, tasting and experimenting with many varieties of coffee from around the globe. It soon grew into a business, with the purpose of sharing the fine art of European coffee culture with as many people as possible.

Beginning with one small kiosk in one of the prominent malls in Makati, Figaro have grown to over 50 Coffee Stores, spreading the love and fervor for coffee throughout the Philippines, China and the Middle East in just over 13 years.

Figaro now have two Coffee Stores in the dynamic, cosmopolitan city of Shanghai. The first Coffee Store is at the lobby of Tian An Centre, located in Nanjing Xi Lu’s bustling business district. The other is the flagship 2-storey Coffee Store at Jin Lin Tian Di, a stylish commercial and residential complex, surrounded by dining and entertainment establishments popular with Shanghai’s young and sophisticated elite.

In Dubai, the Figaro Coffee Store is located at the Twin Towers, a mix-use commercial and residential building at the heart of the business district, where it caters to the city’s executive class. Figaro will continue to open more Coffee Stores in China, the UAE, the rest of Asia, and other parts of the world.

Fruit Magic
Fruit Magic Co., Inc. is currently enjoying its popularity as the leading source of the freshest fruit juices and concoctions in the country. However, many still wonder how this store that gave us that bud-tickling smoothies, refreshing shakes and nutritious juices come about? Was it really magic?

It was in 1993 when the Hernandez and Escalona families, with the advice of their friends from the medical field, shifted to healthy living. This includes an all-natural healthy diet, free from preservatives and chemicals. It was almost impossible since only colas and artificial juice drinks flooded every restaurant and food stores. The real goodness of fresh drinks was nowhere to be found. To solve this problem and to make it available to others with the same need, the two families created a store that we now know as Fruit Magic!

Fruit Magic instantly became a hit by simply offering a healthy alternative to softdrinks and other artificially made beverages. News hit the mall circuit and two additional stores followed - The Glorietta and Landmark branches. In 1999, Dr. Alan Escalona, a doctor within the family and a businessman by profession took Fruit Magic into higher ground, changing the simple fruit juicing service to a mainstream fresh fruit juice brand. It was a success. Fruit Magic is now enjoying its 11 fruitful years in the country. True to its slogan, "We only juice Fresh"; Fruit Magic guarantees only the freshest and the best fruit juices and concoctions in the land. Soon, you can be assured that there will be more Fruit Magic stores and a lot of fun fruit combinations to choose from!

At this point, Fruit Magic Co., Inc. is proud to say that we were able expanded the business and establish commanding presence and dominance in the industry with around 29 stores that are strategically located and operating within and outside Metro Manila. Before the end of November of this year, the very first Fruit Magic store in the Visayas will rise and eventually expands in the neighboring cities and provinces, catering and reaching out to the growing number of health conscious market in the region.

Indeed our success was no magic! It all began with fresh ideas dash with integrity, dedication and hardwork. All pure, all fresh. Just like our products.

JM Peanutworld

In 1995, while Ms Josephine Co See was assisting her mother in law, she noticed a cart selling peantus. She saw the cart but her attention was focused on the number of customers buying peanuts. That intersest pushed her to do research and plan her own cart operations. She saw the business potential in peanut cart operations.

After a year of working on the concepts, she opened her first cart in 1996 in Grand Central under the name JM Nuts and Hot Castanas. Encouraged by the performance of the first cart, Ms. Co See applied with the SM Malls. She was requested to change her cart name thus JM Peanut World Etc. was born. From then on, JM Peanut World Carts were opened in various SM Malls. TO date, it has a total of seven branches.

Kanin ni Tisay

Kanin ni Tisay is not rice toppings, nor is it simply fried rice. KNT is Asian Fast Food in a box. KNT started out as a small cart operation selling boxes and boxes of rice meals in malls. Eventually the menu expanded to include noodles, cuaninis (grilled cuapao ala panini), barbeques and merienda fare.

What started out small multiplied into 7 outlets all over the metro, expanding to stalls and dine-in restaurants in high traffic locations. Schools, gasoline stations, office buildings, bus & MRT stations are just some examples of ideal sites.

Kanin ni Tisay is a filling meal at an affordable deal. It is the working man's ally.
